1) What is your return policy? Returns, exchanges and refunds are provided when items are returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be in unworn and re-sellable condition.  The soles of shoes must be clean.  If it is clothing, the tags must still be intact.

2) Where can I sent returns and exchanges?  That will depend on where you are located as we wish to reduce shipping expenses. In the UK, returns and exchanges are sent to: DWE, Mt. Albane Farm, Eyemouth, TD14 5TW.  In the USA, please sent to DWE, Attn: C. Vogel, 12633, via Lucia, Boynton Beach, Florida, 33436.  For the EU, please contact us via the contact page for where mail to on that continent. 

3) Who pays for returns and exchanges? Any damages or errors on the part of DWE will be paid by DWE, size changes and style changes will be paid by the customer.  Resends, will be paid by DWE.
